All purchases made on golfandmore.be will be sent via Bpost to the delivery address specified by you within 2 working days after a correctly processed payment. Please pay attention to the correctness of the address details you have provided.
For orders that were sent incorrectly back to sender (to ourselves), we unfortunately have to charge shipping costs again. We will contact you by e-mail if a non-deliverable shipment is returned to us.
You will receive a shipping confirmation, including tracking code, at the e-mail address you provided during the order and / or creation of your personal account.
Use the tracking code to follow the delivery status of your order yourself.

If you wish to return your order or part of your order within 14 days or if your order shows damage or defects on delivery, please follow the guidelines below.
In accordance with European legislation, you are entitled to a two-year guarantee (legal guarantee). We try to find a solution together with you, for example by replacing defective parts.
The legal guarantee can be invoked if the non-conformity of the delivered good is determined within 2 years from the delivery of the good.
The legal guarantee begins to run from the delivery of the good to the consumer.
If the item goes bad within the first six months after delivery, it is assumed that the defect exists since the delivery. The seller must prove the contrary if he does not agree.
If the defect of the good is determined more than six months after the delivery, then you as a consumer must prove that the good was not conforming at the time of delivery.
Send an e-mail to email@example.com detailing the reason and which order you’d like to return.
If your return is approved, you will receive a link to a return label within 1 to 2 working days.
You pack the return order including the packaging and contents that are as good as undamaged.
You print the return label and stick it on the shipment.
You bring the package at a drop off point depending on the carrier that we have chosen for the return treatment. You can not specify your preference.We are providing known carriers.
You will receive an e-mail message when your return has arrived and inspected. If the return meets the conditions, you will be reimbursed within 14 days using the same payment method that you used for the payment.
